What's New in this Release

RCT 4.5 includes the following new features:

  • For administrative roles, RCT Express version 4.5 includes a dashboard link to EnVision. EnVision from CoreLogic leverages valuation data and hazard data within RCT Express to present portfolio insight and monitoring metrics through interactive dashboards and reports. This enables those who manage risk to both maintain an up-to-date view of property exposure and track insurance to value (ITV) adequacy. EnVision’s unique, industry-benchmark modules and trend dashboards also help identify potential exposure issues.
  • The homeowner and inspection reports now include coverage B.
  • The data entry and detailed reports now include roof cover, breakout items, and basement reconstruction costs.
  • The backspace key can now be used on the Quantity and Percentage fields on the Materials pane.
  • Insured name can now be assigned as a required field.
  • The wildfire risk score now includes the preburn score.
