A wooden platform cantilevered from the home’s exterior wall with an attached railing and supported on or within brackets/hangers or consoles. Entrance to the balcony is made from a door that leads from the inside of the structure.

Included in Cost: Pressure treated wood framing, pressure treated wood decking, pressure treated wood railing and spindle system, paint or stain, supports, console support brackets, hardware, and installation labor.

Not Included in Cost: Structural supports applied to concrete footings, stairs, or exterior door from inside the home (exterior door can be added using the materials on the Edit Materials dialog).
