Starting with RCT Express version 4.7, email address will be used as the user name. To convert existing accounts to the new format, users should use the self-onboarding tool.
To onboard your existing user account to the new RCT Express, follow the next simple steps:
1. Go to Login Page;
2. Click on Self-Oboarding link;
3. Complete all the displayed fields. Use the exact User Name and Password you had used in your previous RCT Express version;
4. Click on Onboard Me button;
5. Observe the screen with instructions and follow them.
